Please include:
Clear, well-lit photos (multiple photos are encouraged!)
Any special requests or details you'd like included
Whether you'd like collars included or removed (for pet portraits)

Optional Upgrades
Floral embellishments, decorative designs, and custom backgrounds are available for an additional charge.

Shipping Information
Shipping is not included in the purchase price and will be calculated once your portrait is completed. At that time, I will send you a separate invoice for the exact shipping cost, or you're welcome to arrange local pickup if you're nearby.
Estimated Shipping Costs
- 5" x 7" and 6" x 6" portraits: typically $10–$15
- 8" x 8" through 12" x 12" portraits: typically $12–$20
- Larger portraits: Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination and can become significantly more expensive.

Every painting is carefully packaged and fully insured to help ensure it arrives safely at its new home.
Return & Refund Policy
Because each portrait is custom-made and hand-painted specifically for you, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom orders.
Please review your reference photos and customization requests carefully before submitting them. If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together to make it right.
