After you place your order, you'll receive an email requesting your reference photos and customization details.
Please include:
- Clear, well-lit photos of your pet (multiple photos are encouraged!)
- Any background color preferences or special requests
- Whether you'd like your pet's collar included or removed
- Any additional details you'd like incorporated into your portrait

Because each portrait is custom-made and hand-painted specifically for you, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom orders.
Please review your reference photos and customization requests carefully before submitting them. If your portrait arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together to make it right.

Shipping Information
Shipping is not included in the purchase price and will be calculated once your portrait is completed. At that time, I will send you a separate invoice for the exact shipping cost, or you're welcome to arrange local pickup if you're nearby.
Estimated Shipping Costs
- 5" x 7" and 6" x 6" portraits: typically $10–$15
- 8" x 8" through 12" x 12" portraits: typically $12–$25
- Larger portraits: Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination and can become significantly more expensive.
